2019 MBA Summer Intern _ Smart Mobility Shared-ride Strategy & Business Development

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
1. Support efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities
·      Find and leverage multiple information sources that bring insights into user needs and opportunities
·      Develop business plan, and build financial models
 
2. Support efforts to develop and manage partner relationships with leading Chinese technology and mobility companies
 
3. Project manage cross-functional efforts
·       Project manager who can organize work and coordinate the work of others. 
·       Can make progress with imperfect information and manage risks so that we complete tasks and deliver results on time. 
·       Comfortable and effective in working and communicating across many different function and personality types.
 
4. Shared-ride pilots operation / business development:
·       Develop an overall knowledge base of mobility esp. ride-hailing industry and operation
·       Identify user mobility app experience and preference through research and personal experience. Form a point of view of a good shared-ride hailing app UI and experience design.
·       Study selected cities and develop respective marketing launch plan.
·       Cooperate with internal and external partners to develop business scheme and implement operations.
  • Study the ride-hailing industry and come with comprehensive understandings.
  • Data collection and analysis for pilot operation.
  • Develop business proposals including financial modeling.
 
5. Support smart mobility team admin and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS
 
·       Preferred Major: Business Management, Marketing, IT
·       Can work 5 days/week and at least work for 4 months
·       Self-motivated, result-driven, proactive, can-do attitude
·       Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·       Excellent communication skill with internal and external stakeholders
