Electronic Technicians

Electronics Technician Bollinger Motors is looking for an experienced Electronics Technician. This position will work closely with the electrical and mechanical engineering teams in the fabrication, installation, and testing of the electrical systems in the Bollinger B1 and B2 vehicles  

 

Responsibilities • Work closely with electrical design team to build, install, and test vehicle wiring harnesses • Collaborate with electrical team to improve harness drawings and assembly instructions • Work with wiring harness contract manufacturer to ensure supplier quality and schedule • Assemble electronics assemblies • Manage electronics laboratory personnel • Manage electronics laboratory inventory and tools • Assists with troubleshooting electronics problems in vehicle and bench-testing environment 

 

Qualifications • Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed work environment • 2+ years of experience working on vehicle wiring harnesses and electronics manufacturing • Experience with automotive wiring harness fabrication and installation • Experience with printed circuit board assembly • Experience with motorsports or military style wiring harness fabrication a plus • Experience with high voltage a plus • Experience managing an electronics laboratory a plus
