Both the Bureau of Environmental Services and the Water Bureau are recruiting for Chief Engineers! The Bureau Environmental Services manages Portland's wastewater and stormwater infrastructure to protect public health and the environment. The Portland Water Bureau manages Portland’s municipal drinking water supply.
